If you can’t find what you’re looking for, then fill the BUILD YOUR OWN TRIP or CONTACT ones to let us know how you’d prefer your own holiday to be. Beside the necessary information that you’re inquired to provide on the forms, feel free to give us as detailed information about your anticipated trip as possible. This will enable us to meet your expectation at best. Ending this step by clicking the SEND.

STEP 2: REVIEWING, CUSTOMIZING OUR OFFER
Once receiving your holiday request, we will start working on it, putting things together, checking the related services’ availabilities and will get back to you with our pleasant pricing information. This step normally takes time for you and our travel specialist to exchange several emails/phone calls until you are totally satisfied with the proposed itinerary.
No matter what type of tours/ travel services, we are here for you. When we send you our first proposal, you are free to add or remove anything you wish in order to make it suit your individual requirements. Our aim is to turn your travel dreams into reality. Contributing our destination knowledge and experience and working closely with you to handcraft an itinerary around your specific travel preferences to arrive at the best possible experience.
STEP 3: CONFIRMING, PAYING
As soon as you have decided to go ahead with the proposal, worked out by you and our travel specialist, just drop us a line to let us know. At this stage, please make sure that you have read and accepted our Booking Conditions. Your contact person will need a while to place reservations for all of the tour services. As soon as the availability and reservations of the services are confirmed, we will request a deposit to secure your booking. Check our Payment Method for more details.
Once your deposit or full payment has been made and received by us, your personal specialist will send you the Confirmation Voucher which shows all the detail of the tour itinerary, confirmed services, and guide for the final payment schedule (if any).

(*) BOOKING AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Booking Amendment: We definitely see the essentials of flexibility & attention to what is important for the fulfillment of our valued client’s travel expectations. Therefore, if necessary, you can request to have your booking amended even after it is made. Just reach out to your contact person or email our sales department at firstname.lastname@example.org including your booking number. Your contact person and the reservations team are glad to work on it again to make the necessary changes and adjustments with your preferable alternatives. Please kindly keep in mind that there may be extra cost involved that you have to cover regarding to the amendment request.
Cancellations will be charged as follows:
- More than 60 days before arrival: NO cancellation charge.
- More than 30 days prior to departure: We will retain the deposit
- 30 - 15 days prior to departure: 30% of the Tour price is forfeited
- 14 - 08 days prior to departure: 50% of the Tour price is forfeited
- Less than 07 days prior to departure: 100 % of the Tour price is forfeited
- No show: 100% of the tour price.
